200例分泌性中耳炎患者使用通窍耳聋丸的疗效观察

目的观察200例分泌性中耳炎患者使用通窍耳聋丸治疗后的效果。方法将200例分泌性中耳炎患者按病程、症状、听力状况等分层后,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组100人。对照组采取常规疗法,观察组在对照组基础上加服通窍耳聋丸,12岁及以上青少年、成人,1袋/次,2次/d;5~11岁儿童,0.5袋/次,2,次/d,7 d/疗程,治疗2疗程后,比较二组总有效率、临床症状、纯音听阈、中耳功能以及炎性因子IL-6、TNF-α的变化。结果观察组治疗后总有效率、临床症状、纯音听阈、中耳功能的改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组炎性因子IL-6、TNF-α水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通窍耳聋丸参与分泌性中耳炎的治疗,可提高临床疗效,减轻临床症状,抑制炎性反应,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Tongqiao Erlong Pills,in the treatment of 200 patients with secretory otitis media.Methods After stratification according to disease course,symptoms,and hearing status,etc,symptoms,and hearing status,200 patients with secretory otitis media were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 100 patients in each group.The control group received conventional therapy,while the observation group was given Tongqiao Erlong Pills on the basis of the control group,with 1 bag/time,2 times/d for adolescents and adults aged 12 years and above,and 0.5 bag/time,2times/d for children aged 5-11 years,7 days/course.After 2 courses of treatment,the total therapeutic efficiency,clinical symptoms,pure tone hearing threshold,evoked potential type,and inflammatory factors IL-6 and TNF-αwere compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate,improvement of clinical symptoms,pure tone hearing threshold,and evoked potential type in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The inflammatory factors IL-6 and TNF-αin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongqiao Erlong Pills,in the treatment of secretory otitis media can improve the clinical efficacy,relieve clinical symptoms,and inhibit inflammatory responses,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
