首诊于眼科的慢性粒细胞白血病1例及文献复习

A case of chronic granulocytic leukocytes first diagnosed in ophthalmology and a review of the literature

该文报道1例以“双眼眼底出血”为首发特征的慢性粒细胞白血病(chronic myeloid leukemia,CML),讨论其眼部表现、诊断、治疗以及预后。眼底改变是CML患者的非特异性表现,在文献中仅作为病例报告,同时白血病性视网膜病变对于CML的诊断、预后有一定的临床参考价值。

This article reports a case of chronic myeloid leukemia(CML)with the initial feature of“binocular fundus hemorrhage”,and discusses its ocular manifestations,diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis.Fundus changes are a non-specific manifestation of CML patients and are only reported as cases in the literature.Meanwhile,leukemic retinopathy has certain clinical reference value for the diagnosis and prognosis of CML.
