摘要
为确保老旧小区房屋安全性,提高老旧小区加固改造项目质量,本文以实际工程为研究对象,阐述老旧小区房屋安全鉴定主要内容,并对案例中的安全鉴定结果进行分析和评价,分析结果表明本工程2栋、7栋、8栋结构可靠性较低,需要重点加固。同时,对本工程所采用的碳纤维加固关键技术进行分析,对比加固前后结构承载力,论证了本工程所采用的房屋加固改造项目的成果,以期本研究为老旧小区改造和加固工作的开展提供一定借鉴。
In order to ensure the safety of buildings in old communities and improve the quality of reinforcement and renovation projects in old communities,this paper takes the actual projects as the research objects.Firstly,this paper discusses the main contents of safety appraisal of residential buildings in old communities,and analyzes and evaluates the safety appraisal results in the cases.The analysis results show that the reliability of the structures of No.2 building,No.7 building and No.8 building in this project is low,which should emphasis reinforcement measures.Then the key technology of carbon fiber reinforcement technology used in this project is analyzed.Finally,through the comparative analysis of the bearing capacity of the structure before and after reinforcement,the results of the residential building reinforcement and renovation project are verified,which could provide certain reference for the renovation and reinforcement of old communities.
