摘要
随着新质生产力在建筑科技领域的逐步赋能,建筑行业正在经历深刻的变革。本文通过分析深圳市近三年的建设科技计划项目,探讨新质生产力的高科技、高质量和高效能特征在推动建筑行业现代化转型中的关键作用。研究表明,这些特征在提升建筑设计的智能化,提升工程质量和可持续性,以及提升资源利用和运维效率方面效果显著。本文通过具体案例展示了新质生产力如何赋能建筑行业,并展望其在推动行业高质量发展中可能发挥的作用。
As new quality productivity is progressively empowering the construction technology sector,the building industry is undergoing profound transformations.This paper analyzes key projects from Shenzhen's construction technology initiatives over the past three years to explore the critical role of the high-tech,high-quality,and high-efficiency characteristics of new quality productive forces in driving the modernization of the building industry.The study reveals that these characteristics have been demonstrated in several pivotal projects,enhancing the innovativeness of architectural design,upgrading the quality and sustainability of engineering projects,and maximizing resource utilization and operational efficiency.Through specific case studies,this paper illustrates how new quality productivity empowers the construction industry and projects its potential role in promoting high-quality development within the industry.
