青少年精神障碍患者心理健康素养的研究进展

Review on mental health literacy of adolescent patients with mental disorders

我国青少年的心理健康问题检出率与精神障碍发病率持续攀升,且抑郁、焦虑、自伤等心理现象在青少年群体中也频繁出现,表明青少年精神障碍已逐渐成为一个亟待关注的严重心理健康议题。现有研究证明,良好的心理健康素养对于促进青少年精神障碍患者的疾病恢复具有重要意义。但目前我国关于青少年精神障碍患者心理健康素养的研究较少,且评估工具尚未统一。因此,本研究将对心理健康素养的概念、青少年精神障碍患者心理健康素养的评估工具、现状及干预措施进行综述,为我国青少年精神障碍患者心理健康素养评估工具的开发及临床决策的实施提供参考依据。

The detection rate of mental health problems and the incidence of mental disorders among adolescents in China continue to rise,and psychological phenomena such as depression,anxiety,and self-injury also frequently occur among adolescents,indicating that adolescent mental disorders have gradually become a serious mental health issue that needs urgent attention.Existing research has proved that good mental health literacy is of great significance for promoting the recovery of adolescents with mental disorders.However,at present,there are few studies on the mental health literacy of adolescent patients with mental disorders in China,and the evaluation tools have not been unified.Therefore,this study will review the concept of mental health literacy,the assessment tools,current situation and intervention measures of mental health literacy of adolescent patients with mental disorders,so as to provide reference for the development of mental health literacy assessment tools and the implementation of clinical decision-making for adolescent patients with mental disorders in China.
