摘要
随着营商环境持续优化,电网投资界面不断延伸、低压接入容量不断放开,容量高报导致低压配变容量日趋紧张、问题日渐凸显,此现象既延长了台区用户整体“获得电力”时间、降低了用户体验感,又驱使电网投资不断攀升、投资回报率不断下降。针对此问题,探索构建低压供电容量精益管理模型,重点阐述了低压台区拓扑与户变关系、低压用户负荷特性及预测、存量台区资源利用率评估以及增量台区全过程精益管理的研究方法及实现思路。
With the continuous optimization of the business environment,the extension of grid investment interfaces,and the liberalization of low-voltage access capacities,the problem of increasingly tight low-voltage transformer capacity caused by overstated capacity is becoming increasingly prominent.This phenomenon not only prolongs the overall"getting electricity"time for users in the area and reduces user experience,but also drives grid investment to continue to climb while the return on investment is declining.To address this issue,we explore the construction of a lean management model for low-voltage power supply capacity,focusing on the research methods and implementation ideas of low-voltage station area topology and user-transformer relationships,user load characteristics and forecasting,evaluation of existing area resource utilization,and the whole process of lean management in incremental areas.
