摘要
随着新能源技术的不断发展,风电和太阳能等分布式电源在电力系统中的占比不断提高。由于分布式电源具有随机性和间歇性,高比例分布式电源接入配电网会对电网的灵活性和稳定性造成影响,因此需评估配电网的灵活性。现有评估策略对配电网的传输能力考虑不全面,为此,提出一种高比例分布电源接入的配电网灵活性评估策略,建立了灵活性供需数学模型,根据配电网灵活性评价指标构建运行评估模型,通过调度模型的优化最小化运行成本。该方法可有效提升配电网传输能力的灵活性,具有较好的应用前景和实用价值。
With the continuous development of new energy technologies,the proportion of distributed power sources such as wind and solar power in the power system is constantly increasing.Due to the randomness and intermittency of distributed power sources,a high proportion of distributed power sources connected to the distribution network will have an impact on the flexibility and stability of the power grid.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the flexibility of the distribution network.The existing evaluation strategies do not fully consider the transmission capacity of the distribution network.Therefore,a high proportion distributed power supply access distribution network flexibility evaluation strategy is proposed,and a flexibility supply and demand mathematical model is established.Based on the flexibility evaluation indicators of the distribution network,an operation evaluation model is constructed,and the optimization of the scheduling model is used to minimize the operating cost.This method can effectively enhance the flexibility of the transmission capacity of the distribution network,and has good application prospects and practical value.
