智能变电站改扩建配置变更定位及校验技术

摘要 探讨了智能变电站改扩建过程中的配置变更定位技术和校验技术。首先,介绍了实时监测与数据收集、高精度定位算法以及可视化呈现与辅助决策在配置变更定位技术中的应用。然后,从SCD文件智能解析与校验、虚端子自查与合法性校验、可视化校验与辅助决策进行了其在校验技术中的作用阐述。最后,综合了以上2项技术,提出了在智能变电站改扩建中配置变更定位及校验技术的综合应用策略,确保后续智能变电站运行的安全性和稳定性。 This paper explores the configuration change positioning technology and verification technology in the process of intelligent substation renovation and expansion.Firstly,the application of real-time monitoring and data collection,high-precision positioning algorithms,and visual presentation and decision-making assistance in configuration change positioning technology were introduced.Then,the role of SCD file intelligent parsing and verification,virtual terminal self inspection and legality verification,visual verification and auxiliary decision-making in verification technology was elaborated.Finally,combining the above two technologies,a comprehensive application strategy for configuration change positioning and verification technology in the renovation and expansion of intelligent substations is proposed to ensure the safety and stability of subsequent intelligent substation operations.
