摘要
针对某款电驱动总成在下线检测中出现的批量振动超限问题,首先,从电驱动总成系统层级振动失效因素入手,通过FTA分析列举出影响电驱动系统振动超限的可能因素。其次,对主要影响因素进行横向对比,确定了振动超限主要来自于减速器本体部件的影响。最后,通过对减速器主要部件进行交换试验,验证了影响振动失效的主要参数为减速器壳体轴承孔的位置度。通过合理控制该参数,明显降低了振动超限问题再次发生的概率。
In response to the batch vibration exceeding limit problem that occurred during the offline inspection of a certain electric drive assembly.Firstly,starting from the hierarchical vibration failure factors of the electric drive assembly system,the possible factors affecting the vibration exceeding limit of the electric drive system are listed through FTA analysis.Secondly,a horizontal comparison was made on the main influencing factors,and it was determined that the vibration exceeding limit mainly comes from the influence of the components of the reducer body.Finally,through exchange tests on the main components of the reducer,it was verified that the main parameter affecting vibration failure is the positional accuracy of the reducer housing bearing holes.By reasonably controlling this parameter,the probability of vibration exceeding limits problem has been significantly reduced.
