KDFM-NWT滤棒成型机负压吸附式中空滤棒稳定装置的研究

摘要 KDFM-NWT滤棒成型机设备启动时和生产过程中烟枪出口处滤条硬度低(滤条偏软),且烟枪和EYEPORT入口之间为悬空状态,滤棒条没有支撑,导致该位置滤嘴条抖动幅度较大,造成设备频繁跑条停机,严重影响设备效率。同时,入口处滤条抖动会导致滤条在进入切割位置时不稳定,造成滤棒切口不平和滤棒长短不均,影响产品质量。针对此问题,设计一种中空滤棒稳定装置,采用支撑+负压的方式将其限制在滤棒支撑槽内,可有效减小中空滤棒条的抖动,保证中空滤棒从烟枪进入EYEPORT时的稳定性,从而提高设备的运行效率和产品质量。 When the KDFM-NWT filter rod forming machine equipment is started and during the production process,the hardness of the filter rod at the outlet of the smoke gun is low(the filter rod is relatively soft),and the gap between the smoke gun and the EYEPORT inlet is suspended.The filter rod does not have support,resulting in significant shaking of the filter rod at this position,causing the equipment to frequently run and stop,seriously affecting equipment efficiency.At the same time,due to the shaking of the filter strip at the entrance can cause instability when the filter strip enters the cutting position,resulting in uneven cutting and length of the filter rod,which affects product quality.To address this issue,a hollow filter rod stabilization device is designed,which uses a support+negative pressure method to confine it in the filter rod support groove,effectively reducing the shaking of the hollow filter rod and ensuring the stability of the hollow filter rod when it enters EYEPORT from the smoke gun,thereby improving the operating efficiency and product quality of the equipment.
