习近平总书记对青年人才观进行了系统科学的论述,涵盖了使命驱动、选拔任用、教育培养、制度保障四个维度,对提升高校学生党支部党员政治素质、夯实党员选拔管理、拓宽党员综合能力、引领党员效能发挥均具有重要意义。以习近平青年人才观为指导,从四个方面探索构建高校学生党支部党员培育工程的一体化路径,即:深化思想引领,奠定学生党员培育工程的政治基础;重视选拔考察,助推学生党员培育工程的规范建设;着力设计塑造,完善党员培育工程的内容供给;强化制度建设,保障学生党员培育工程的长效发展。
