摘要
大学生作为新时代志愿服务的生力军,对促进社会发展建设发挥着重要作用。采用组织氛围量表、工作投入量表、工作满意度量表和组织公民行为量表对1285名大学生实施调研,探讨组织公民行为受到组织氛围的影响以及工作投入和工作满意度的链式中介作用。研究发现:工作投入(β=0.365,p<0.001)和工作满意度(β=0.413,p<0.001)在组织氛围对组织公民行为影响中的单独中介作用显著;工作投入和工作满意度的链式中介作用显著(β=0.241,p<0.001)。结合分析,从营造良好的组织氛围、提升工作投入与增强工作满意度三个方面提出对大学生志愿服务的建议,以期提升志愿服务活动的质量和效果。
As the main force and vanguard of volunteer services in the new era,college students play a significant role in promoting social construction and development.This study investigates the relationship between organizational climate and organizational citizenship behavior,as well as the chain mediating effects of job involvement and job satisfaction,by surveying 1,285 college students using the Organizational Climate Scale,Job Involvement Scale,Job Satisfaction Scale,and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale.The findings indicate that both job involvement(β=0.365,p<0.001)and job satisfaction(β=0.413,p<0.001)have significant individual mediating effects on the impact of organizational climate on organizational citizenship behavior.Additionally,the chain mediating effect of job involvement and job satisfaction is also significant(β=0.241,p<0.001).Based on the analysis,suggestions are provided to enhance the quality and effectiveness of volunteer service activities by fostering a positive organizational climate,increasing job involvement,and improving job satisfaction among college students.
