田径课教师教学反馈、指导、纠错中“正确的废话”现象思考

Reflection on the“Correct Nonsense”Phenomenon in Teaching Feedback,Guidance and Error Correcting of Track and Field Teachers

部分田径课教师在术科教学进行反馈、指导、纠错过程中存在用“正确的废话”来敷衍解决学生出现错误技术动作的现象。“正确的废话”现象严重影响田径教学的效果和人才培养质量。本研究针对该现象进行深刻剖析,揭示其产生原因,提出培育教师反思实践精神,丰富教师教学理论内涵和提升教学理论水平,采用多样的语言反馈,实施有效的“学法指导”和恰当地运用纠错法等应对之策,旨在减轻该现象带来的负面影响及有效提升田径课教师的教学效果。

In the process of technical teaching feedback,guidance and error correction,many track and field teachers used“correct nonsense”to perfunctorily solve the problems of students’wrong technical actions.The phenomenon of“correct nonsense”seriously affects the effect of track and field teaching and the quality of talent training.The author analyzed the phenomenon deeply,and revealed that the reasons include the lazy thinking of teachers,the prominent teaching empiricism,the separation of technical practice from theory,the error of teaching effect attribution,the limitation of teaching understanding,the emphasis on“teaching method”rather than“learning method guidance”,and the poor effect of teaching language expression etc.On this basis,it was further proposed to cultivate teachers’reflective practice spirit,enrich the connotation of teaching theory and improve the application of teaching theory,adopt various language feedback,implement effective“learning method guidance”and properly use error correction method as the countermeasures to this phenomenon,in order to reduce the negative impact of this phenomenon and effectively improve the teaching effect of track and field teachers.
