摘要
设计了一种基于平均一致算法的光伏电站参与电网调频控制策略。该策略可以在多个光伏电站仅进行邻域通信的情况下实现多电站协同调频,调频效果较非协同控制策略更优。由电网频率通过下垂控制得到多电站总参考有功功率后,多个光伏电站可以借助邻域通信计算得到各自的最优参考功率。各电站通过本地的模型预测控制方法控制逆变器达到跟踪给定参考功率的目的。该策略可以应用于多种地理条件下的多个光伏电站协同参与电网调频。仿真结果表明,该策略能够使电网频率较电站恒功率输出时波动较小,逆变器控制具有良好性能。
A control strategy for the participation of PV plants in grid frequency regulation based on an average consensus algorithm is designed.The strategy can achieve cooperative frequency regulation for multiple PV plants with only adjacent communication,and the frequency regulation effect is better than the non-cooperative control strategy.After obtaining the total reference active power from the grid frequency through sag control,multiple PV plants can calculate their own optimal reference power with the help of adjacent communication.Each plant controls its inverter to track the given reference power by means of a local model predictive control method.This strategy can be applied to multiple PV plants participating in grid frequency regulation under various geographical conditions.The simulation results show that the strategy enables the grid frequency to fluctuate slightly compared to the constant power output of the plant.The inverter control has good performance.
