高压氧医学在康复领域应用的可视化分析

Visualizaiton analysis of the application of hyperbaric oxygen medicine in the field of rehabilitation

目的分析国内高压氧医学在康复领域应用的高质量文献,梳理研究脉络及发展趋势,以期为高压氧医学的相关研究和临床实践提供科学参考。方法选择中国知网、重庆维普、万方数据库为数据来源,系统检索从建库以来至2023年9月30日收录的高压氧医学在康复领域应用的核心期刊相关文献,选择CiteSpace 6.1.R6软件作为研究工具,对相关文献的作者、机构和关键词等行计量学分析并绘制知识图谱。结果最终纳入文献2710篇,相关文献年发表数量在指数级增长后呈现波动趋势;《中华航海医学与高气压医学杂志》是相关文献收录最多的期刊;发文量最多的作者是高春锦、孟祥恩、潘树义等;发文作者多以研究团队为单位,整体呈现团队内部合作,队间合作有待加强;广州军区总医院、解放军总医院第六医学中心(原海军总医院)、首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院等机构发文量较多,各机构存在合作不足的问题;出现频次最高的关键词为"高压氧治疗""康复综合治疗""颅脑损伤"等。整合关键词共现及聚类结果可获悉相关研究热点3个:高压氧治疗在不同疾病中的临床应用及效果评价、高压氧治疗与其他疗法的联合干预、高压氧治疗人群的多样化;时间线图分析可得知高压氧医学在康复领域研究经历三个阶段;"脑卒中""功能障碍""运动疗法""生活质量"等是近年出现的突现词。结论高压氧医学在康复领域的未来研究方向将聚焦于理论实证基础研究的开展、与虚拟技术等数字化方向的联合发展、多学科合作治疗模式的建立等方面。

Objective To analyze the high-quality literature on the application of hyperbaric oxygen medicine in the field of rehabilitation in China,review the research trajectory and development trends,and aim to provide scientific references for relevant research and clinical practice in the field of hyperbaric oxygen medicine.Methods Databases,such as CNKI,CQVIP,and Wanfang Data,were selected as the data sources for this study.The literatures related to the application of hyperbaric medicine in the field of rehabilitation and published in core journals from the inception of the databases up to September 30,2023 were retrieved.CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software was used for bibliometric analysis and creating knowledge maps based on the author,institution,and keyword of the related literature.Results A total of 2710 articles were included in the study,and the number of relevant publications showed a fluctuating trend after an exponential growth.The journal with the most related articles was The Chinese Journal of Nautical Medicine and Hyperbaric Medicine.The authors with the most publications were Gao Chunjin,Meng Xiang’en,and Pan Shuyi.Most authors published articles as members of research teams,indicating strong internal collaboration within teams but limited inter-team cooperation.Institutions with the highest number of publications were Guangzhou General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Command,the Sixth Medical Center of the General Hospital of the People’s Liberation Army(former the Naval General Hospital),and Beijing Chao-Yang Hospital of Capital Medical University.However,there was a lack of sufficient cooperation between institutions.The key words with the highest frequency were“hyperbaric oxygen therapy”,“integrated rehabilitation”,and“craniocerebral injury”.Integrating the results of key word co-occurrence and clustering revealed three research hotspots:the clinical application and effect evaluation of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in different diseases,the combined intervention of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and other therapies,and the diversification of the population receiving hyperbaric oxygen therapy.Timeline analysis indicated that the research development of hyperbaric oxygen medicine in the field of rehabilitation had undergone three stages.Burst key words in recent years included“stroke”,“dysfunction”,“exercise therapy”,and“quality of life”.Conclusion Future research of hyperbaric oxygen in the field of rehabilitation focus on expanding theoretical and empirical foundational studies,integrating digital technologies like virtual reality,and establishing multidisciplinary treatment models,etc.
