摘要
目的探讨思维导图在医院船医务人员工作动线的设计、实施中的效果和影响。方法建立医院船动线管理小组,从环境、人、感控、流程四个角度出发,设计并绘制条理清晰、具有工作路线方向性的思维导图,运用于医院船医务人员工作动线设计与实施管理模式中。结果任务期间,所有医务人员体温均正常,抗原检测均为阴性,人员及环境物体表面核酸检测结果均为阴性,实现"零感染"目标。结论将思维导图的方法和理念运用到医院船医务人员工作动线的设计与实施中,在提高工作效率和保障人员安全的同时,也提高了医院船应对重大任务的管理能力和水平。
Objective To explore the outcome and effects of mind mapping on the design and implementation of movement pathways for the medical staff of the hospital ship.Methods After a movement pathways management team of the hospital ship being established,a mind map with clear and directional workflow was designed and drawn based on four perspectives,i.e.,environment,personnel,nosocomial infection control,and operation procedure,which was then applied to the design and implementation management of the movement pathways for the medical staff of the hospital ship.Results During the mission,the body temperature of all medical staff was normal;all the results of COVID-19 antigen tests were negative;all the results of nucleic acid tests on the surfaces of personnel and environmental objects were negative,achieving the goal of"zero infection".Conclusion The application of the concept and method of mind mapping to designing and implementing the movement pathways for the medical staff of the hospital ship can improve the work efficiency,ensure the safety of personnel,and enhance the management capability of the hospital ship in fulfilling major tasks.
