摘要
天然气已经成为我国主要的清洁能源之一,其运输和储存存在着一定的安全风险,管道的安全监测技术研究便成为了一个迫切需要解决的问题。本文提出了基于光纤激光器管内声压传感的管道泄漏监测技术,设计了适应于天然气管道检测的光纤激光声波传感器。采用液柱声场实验验证了8000 Hz以下范围内,光纤激光器管内声波传感器的灵敏度约为80 dB re pm/MPa,并设计了管道泄漏实验,采用次声波频谱能量法不仅实现了管道泄漏监测,而且完成了2种不同孔径泄漏量的识别。
Natural gas has become one of the main clean energy sources in China,and there are certain safety risks in its transportation and storage.Therefore,the research on pipeline safety monitoring technology has become an urgent problem that needs to be solved.The pipeline leakage monitoring technology is proposed based on fiber laser tube sound pressure sensing,and the fiber laser acoustic sensor is designed for natural gas pipeline detection.The sensitivity of the sound pressure sensor inside the fiber laser tube was verified to be approximately 80dB re pm/MPa in the range below 8000Hz using liquid column acoustic field experiments.A pipeline leakage experiment is designed,and the infrasonic spectrum energy method was used to not only achieve pipeline leakage monitoring,but also to identify the leakage amount of two different hole diameters.
