参芪地黄汤治疗气阴两虚型心力衰竭疗效观察

Efficacy observation of Shenqi Dihuang decoction on heart failure with syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin

目的:观察参芪地黄汤治疗气阴两虚型心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的120例气阴两虚型心力衰竭患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组各60例。对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予参芪地黄汤治疗,观察两组患者治疗总有效率及心功能相关指标、6 min步行距离、NT-proBNP水平。结果:治疗组临床总有效率98.33%高于对照组的86.67%(P﹤0.05);治疗后,治疗组左心室射血分数高于对照组(P﹤0.05),左心室收缩末期内径低于对照组(P﹤0.05);治疗组6 min步行距离高于对照组,NT-proBNP水平低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:参芪地黄汤治疗气阴两虚型心力衰竭患者疗效较好,可改善心功能。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Dihuang decoction on heart failure with syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin.Methods:120 cases of eligible patients with heart failure with syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin were selected and randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was treated plus with Shenqi Dihuang decoction on the basis of control group.The total effective rate,cardiac function-related indexes,6min walking distance and NT-proBNP level of patients were observed in two groups.Results:The clinical total effective rate of treatment group was 98.33%,which was higher than 86.67%of control group(P﹤0.05).After the treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P﹤0.05);the left ventricular end-systolic diameter of treatment group was less than that of control group(P﹤0.05);6min walking distance of treatment group was longer than that of control group(P﹤0.05);and NT-proBNP level of treatment group was lower than that of control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Shenqi Dihuang decoction on heart failure with syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin is better,which can improve the cardiac function.
