温经汤联合火龙罐治疗低子宫内膜容受性不孕症临床观察

Efficacy observation of Wenjing decoction and Huolong cupping on poor endometrial receptivity-induced infertility

目的:观察温经汤联合火龙罐治疗低子宫内膜容受性不孕症患者的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的120例阳虚血瘀型低子宫内膜容受性不孕症患者随机分为两组各60例,对照组予阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,治疗组予温经汤联合火龙罐治疗,共治疗3个月经周期。比较两组治疗前后临床妊娠成功率、中医证候积分、黄体期中间阶段超声参数、血管生长因子、雌二醇水平以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组临床总有效率93.33%,明显优于对照组的80.00%(P﹤0.05);治疗组妊娠率53.33%,对照组妊娠率20.00%,治疗组妊娠率高于对照组(P﹤0.05);两组患者中医证候积分、黄体期中间阶段超声参数、血管生长因子水平、雌二醇水平比较,治疗组均优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:温经汤联合火龙罐可改善患者的子宫内膜容受性和妊娠结局,临床疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenjing decoction and Huolong cupping on poor endometrial receptivity-induced infertility.Methods:120 cases of eligible patients with poor endometrial receptivity-induced infertility with syndrome of deficiency of yang and blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin,while the treatment group was treated with Wenjing decoction and Huolong cupping.Both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles in total.The successful rate of clinical pregnancy,TCM syndrome score,ultrasonic parameters in the luteal metaphase,vascular growth factor,estradiol level and adverse reactions were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the clinical total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of control group,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the pregnancy rate in treatment group was 53.33%,while that in control group was 20.00%,and the pregnancy rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group(P﹤0.05);the treatment group was better than control group compared TCM syndrome score,ultrasound parameters in the luteal metaphase,vascular growth factor level and estradiol level of patients between two groups(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Wenjing decoction and Huolong cupping can improve the endometrial receptivity and pregnancy outcome of patients,and the clinical efficacy is better.
