滋肾疏肝宁心方治疗肝郁肾虚型早发性卵巢功能不全临床观察

Efficacy observation of Zishen Shugan Ningxin formula on premature ovarian dysgenesis with syndrome of stagnation of liver-qi and deficiency of kidney

目的:观察滋肾疏肝宁心方治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的临床疗效。方法:将60例早发性卵巢功能不全患者随机分为两组各30例,对照组予雌孕激素序贯疗法,治疗组在对照组基础上联合滋肾疏肝宁心方口服,疗程均为3个月经周期。比较两组的临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2),促黄体生成素(LH)水平及窦卵泡计数(AFC)。结果:治疗组总有效率93.33%,高于对照组的66.67%(P﹤0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者FSH、LH水平均明显低于对照组(P﹤0.01);E2、AFC水平高于对照组(P﹤0.01)。结论:滋肾疏肝宁心方能有效地改善早发性卵巢功能不全患者的中医证候,在恢复卵巢内分泌及生殖功能方面优于雌孕激素序贯疗法。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Zishen Shugan Ningxin formula on premature ovarian dysgenesis with syndrome of stagnation of liver-qi and deficiency of kidney.Methods:60 cases of patients with premature ovarian dysgenesis were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated by sequential therapy of estrogenic and progesterone hormone,while the treatment group was treated plus with oral Zishen Shugan Ningxin formula on the basis of control group.The course of treatment was 3 menstrual cycles for both groups.The clinical efficacy was compared between two groups,in addtion,TCM syndrome score,levels of follicle stimulating hormome(FSH),estradiol(E2)and luteinizing hormone(LH)as well as antral follicle count(AFC)were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total efficiency rate of treatment group was 93.33%,which was higher than 66.67%of control group(P﹤0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH and LH of patients in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group(P﹤0.01),while the levels of E2 and AFC of treatment group were higher than those of control group(P﹤0.01).Conclusion:Zishen Shugan Ningxin formula can effectively improve TCM syndromes of patients with premature ovarian dysgenesis,and is better than sequential therapy of estrogenic and progesterone hormone in the recovery of ovarian endocrine and reproductive function.
