缺血性脑卒中急性期相关危险因素与中医证型相关性研究

Approach to correlativity between related risk factors and TCM syndrome types of cerebral ischemic stroke in acute stage

目的:探究湖南省常德市缺血性脑卒中急性期患者中医证型与相关危险因素的联系。方法:回顾性分析200例缺血性脑卒中急性期患者的临床资料,对患者的中医证型及性别、年龄、血脂、纤维蛋白原、同型半胱氨酸进行统计分析,探究各中医证型与不同指标的相关性。结果:200例患者的中医证型以风痰阻络证(76.5%)为主,其后依次为痰热腑实证(13.0%)、气虚血瘀证(10.5%);性别、年龄及FIB在中医各证型的分布,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);血脂(TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C)及HCY在中医各证型的分布差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),且风痰瘀阻证及痰热腑实证患者的TC、TG和HCY水平明显升高(P﹤0.05)。结论:湖南省常德市缺血性脑卒中急性期患者血脂、HCY指标与风痰瘀阻证、痰热腑实证关联较大。

Objective:To approach the correlativity between related risk factors and TCM syndrome types of cerebral ischemic stroke in acute stage,in Changde City,Hunan Province.Methods:The clinical data of 200 patients with acute cerebral ischemic stroke were retrospectively analyzed,and TCM syndrome types,gender,age,blood lipid,fibrinogen and homocysteine of patients were statistically analyzed in order to approach the correlativity between TCM syndrome types and different indexes.Results:TCM syndrome types of 200 patients were dominated by syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals(76.5%),followed by syndrome of phlegm-heat with sthenic fu-organ(13.0%)and syndrome of deficiency of qi with blood stasis(10.5%).The differences of distribution of gender,age and FIB in TCM syndrome types were not statistically significant(P﹥0.05).The differences of distribution of blood lipids(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C)and HCY in TCM syndrome types were statistically significant(P﹤0.05),and the levels of TC,TG and HCY of patients with syndrome of wind,phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals and syndrome of phlegm-heat with sthenic fu-organ were significantly increased(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The indexes of blood lipid and HCY of patients with acute cerebral ischemic stroke in Changde City,Hunan Province are closely related to syndrome of wind,phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals and syndrome of phlegm-heat with sthenic fu-organ.
