摘要
海洋是地球生态系统中不可或缺的一环,其环境保护和持续利用对于实现碳中和目标具有至关重要的作用。海洋高等教育必须与时俱进,以促进社会和经济的全面发展。依托中国知网和WOS核心数据库的资料,并采用VOS viewer工具进行文献的可视化分析发现,尽管我国的海洋高等教育在满足经济发展、海洋科学研究以及海洋管理人才的需求方面已取得较大进步,但仍需要强化学科建设、优化学科布局的平衡性。此外,基于现有人才培养机制,应加强产学研合作、提升人才的实际适用能力;更紧密地协调海洋高等教育与区域经济的关系,以支持碳中和目标的达成。
The ocean constitutes an integral component of the Earth's ecosystem,and its preservation alongside sustainable exploitation is pivotal in attaining the objective of carbon neutrality.To foster comprehensive socio-economic advancement,marine higher education must evolve in tandem with contemporary trends.Based on data from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and the Web of Science(WOS)core databases,and utilizing the VOS viewer tool for literature visualization analysis,significant advancements have been identified in China's marine higher education.These advancements are closely aligned with fulfilling the demands of economic development,advancing marine scientific research,and cultivating talent in marine management.However,there remains a need to fortify discipline construction and enhance the balance of discipline layout.Furthermore,based on the current talent training mechanism,it is imperative to strengthen collaboration between industry,universities,and research institutions,thereby enhancing the practical application capabilities of talents.Additionally,there should be a closer alignment of marine higher education with regional economies to effectively support the attainment of carbon neutrality goals.
