小柴胡汤在消化系统疾病的作用机制研究概述

Overview of the Mechanism of Action of Xiaochaihu Decoction(小柴胡汤)in Digestive System Diseases

小柴胡汤为中医经典名方,始见于仲景《伤寒杂病论》,原方可治疗伤寒少阳证、妇人热入血室、疟疾等,后其应用范围不断扩大,早已远远超出仲景原方所治范围。目前临床更是被广泛应用于消化系统诸病,文章通过对近年来有关小柴胡汤的作用机制研究的文献进行综述,归纳总结其在消化系统的作用机制,证实其具有保护胃黏膜,调节胃肠动力,调节肠道菌群,抗幽门螺杆菌感染,调脂保肝降酶,抑制炎症反应,促进肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制增殖的作用。文章总结小柴胡汤作用机制概况,以期更深入地挖掘小柴胡汤的作用机理,为后期临床应用提供治疗思路与借鉴,扩大小柴胡汤的应用价值。

Xiaochaihu Decoction(小柴胡汤)is a classic Chinese medicine prescription,first seen in ZHANG Zhongjing's"Treatise on Typhoid and Miscellaneous Diseases",the original can treat Shaoyang syndrome of typhoid fever,women's heat into the blood room,malaria,etc.,after its application continues to expand,long ago far beyond the scope of Zhongjing's original prescription.Today,it is widely used in the clinic for diseases of the digestive system.In this paper,through reviewing the literature on the mechanism of action of Xiaochaihu Decoction in recent years,the mechanism of action of Xiaochaihu Decoction in the digestive system is summarized,and it is confirmed that it can protect gastric mucosa,regulate gastrointestinal motivity,regulate intestinal flora,resist Helicobacter pylori infection,regulate lipid,protect liver and reduce enzyme,and inhibit inflammation.It can promote apoptosis and inhibit proliferation of tumor cells.To summarize the general situation of its mechanism of action,in order to further explore the mechanism of Xiaochaihu Decoction,provide treatment ideas and reference for later clinical application,and expand the application value.
