清瘟祛毒胶囊治疗热毒袭肺型流行性感冒的疗效及对白细胞介素-4和γ干扰素的影响

The Therapeutic Effect of Qingwen Qudu Capsule(清瘟祛毒胶囊)on Influenza of Heat Toxin Attacking Lung Type and Its Effect on Interleukin-4 and Interferon Gamma

目的观察清瘟祛毒胶囊治疗流行性感冒热毒袭肺证的疗效及对患者白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)的影响。方法将106例流行性感冒热毒袭肺证患者按照随机数字表发分为两组,每组53例。对照组予对症加奥司他韦治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加清瘟祛毒胶囊,共治疗5 d。比较两组总有效率,比较两组治疗前及治疗后4、48、72 h体温,并比较两组治疗前后中医症状评分和IL-4、IFN-γ及IFN-γ/IL-4水平,观察两组不良反应。结果治疗后观察组总有效率为94.34%,对照组总有效率为83.02%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。服药48、72 h后两组患者体温均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组服药4、48 h后体温明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组咳嗽、咽痛、口渴、头痛各单项症状评分及总分均显著下降,治疗组上述指标较对照组更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IFN-γ、IFN-γ/IL-4水平均较治疗前降低,IL-4较治疗前升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组IFN-γ、IFN-γ/IL-4水平较对照组更低,IL-4较对照组更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率5.66%,对照组11.32%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论清瘟祛毒胶囊联合奥司他韦治疗流行性感冒热毒袭肺证能提高临床疗效,迅速退热,用药安全,调节IFN-γ/IL-4平衡。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Qingwen Qudu capsule(清瘟祛毒胶囊)on the syndrome of influenza heat toxicity attacking lung and its effect on the balance of IL-4 and IFN-γin patients.Method A total of 106 patients with influenza fever and poison attack on lung were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the random number table,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with symptomatic plus oseltamivir,and the observation group was treated with Qingwen Qudu capsule for 5 days.The total effective rate of the two groups was compared.The body temperature of the two groups was compared before treatment and 4,48,72 h after treatment.The TCM symptom score,interleukin-4(IL-4),interferonγ(IFN-γ)and IFN-γ/IL-4 levels of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.The adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 94.34%in the observation group and 83.02%in the control group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The body temperature of the two groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the body temperature of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after 4h of medication and 48h of treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the total scores and scores of cough,sore throat,thirst and headache in two groups were significantly decreased,and the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Significantly decreased IFN-γand IFN-γ/IL-4 levels,and significantly increased IL-4 were found in both groups than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the different was significant between groups for the above indexes(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.66%in the observation group and 11.32%in the control group.The results showed no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Qingwen Qudu Capsule can improve clinical effect,reduce fever quickly,and regulate IFN-γ/IL-4 balance.
