基于“阴火”理论探讨肠道菌群失调与老年抑郁症的关系

Exploring the Relationship between Intestinal Flora Dysbiosis and Geriatric Depression Based on the Yin-Fire Theory

老年抑郁症是一种以持续且显著的情绪低落、忧郁不畅、愉悦感降低为主要临床表现的一种功能性精神疾病,严重影响患者日常生活的同时,造成沉重的家庭与社会负担。近年来随着研究逐步加深,肠道内环境稳态与老年抑郁症发病存在显著关联。同时通过中医学角度类比发现,其病机与《脾胃论》中论述的脾胃虚损,气机升降失调,阴火内生这一过程相通。文章从李东垣的代表性思想学说“阴火”理论出发,针对七情郁滞,脾胃虚,元气不充,气火紊乱,阴火亢盛,经营之气无以颐养于神的病机特点,提出基于“阴火”探讨肠道菌群失调与老年抑郁症之间的关系,能够为指导老年抑郁症临床实践提供一个不同的治疗角度。

Geriatric depression is a kind of functional mental disease with continuous and significant depression,melancholia,and reduced pleasure as the main clinical manifestations,which seriously affects the patients'daily life and creates a heavy family and social burden.In recent years,with the gradual deepening of research,there is a significant association between intestinal homeostasis and the onset of depression in the elderly.In this paper,based on Li Dongyuan's representative theory of"Yin fire"theory,for seven lag,spleen and stomach deficiency,vitality,anger disorder,Yin fire hyperactivity,which prevents the operation of the qi and the qi to nourish the god,put forward based on the"Yin fire"to explore the relationship between intestinal flora disorders and elderly depression,can guide elderly depression clinical practice to provide a different treatment Angle.
