随着数字博物馆和智慧博物馆的建设,博物馆在原有藏品信息的基础上,生成了大量的藏品数字化资源、开放运行数据以及各类信息系统数据。这些数据以爆发式的速度不断增长。然而,数据的增加也暴露出一些问题,如数据过于分散、缺乏统一的定义和架构,以及搜索所需数据的难度加大等。因此,如何基于数据治理有效发挥数据的业务价值,成为博物馆智慧化建设中的一个重要课题。文章在分析博物馆藏品数据管理现状与问题的基础上,提出了一系列博物馆藏品数据治理原则与机制。

With the construction of digital museums and smart museums,museums have generated a large amount of digital resources,open operational data,and various information system data based on their original collection information.These data continue to grow at an explosive rate.However,the increase in data also exposes some problems,such as data being too scattered,lacking unified definitions and architectures,and increasing difficulty in searching for the required data.Therefore,how to effectively leverage the business value of data based on data governance has become an important issue in the intelligent construction of museums.On the basis of analyzing the current situation and problems of museum collection data management,the article proposes a series of principles and mechanisms for museum collection data governance.
