摘要
文章从严寒地区农村住宅的现状出发,分析了现有农村住宅在能源效率和居住舒适度方面的不足。在此基础上,提出了一系列适宜的技术策略,旨在通过主动和被动节能技术的共同发展,提升农村住宅的能效。该研究为被动式节能建筑在村镇住宅中的推广提供了重要的参考和指导意义,有助于推动农村住宅向更加节能、环保、舒适的方向发展。
Starting from the current situation of rural housing in cold regions,this article analyzes the shortcomings of existing rural housing in terms of energy efficiency and living comfort.On this basis,a series of suitable technological strategies have been proposed,aimed at improving the energy efficiency of rural housing through the joint development of active and passive energy saving technologies.This study provides important reference and guidance for the promotion of passive energy saving buildings in rural residential areas,which helps to promote the development of rural residential areas towards more energy efficient,environmentally friendly,and comfortable directions.
