摘要
淋巴瘤是一种高度异质性的淋巴细胞恶性增殖性疾病,兼具液体肿瘤和实体肿瘤的特点。目前其治疗手段包括化学药物治疗、放射治疗、靶向治疗和免疫治疗等,大部分患者的生存得到了显著改善,但仍有部分患者面临复发难治的风险。纳米递送系统具有靶向富集,易于功能化等优点,可被用作抗淋巴瘤药物的理想载体,辅助淋巴瘤的临床诊疗。本综述简要介绍了目前淋巴瘤的诊疗现状,详细讨论了纳米药物及其递送系统在淋巴瘤诊疗领域的研究进展,包括纳米脂质体改善化疗药物递送,纳米递送系统协助靶向药物递送和联合治疗,还能协助化疗药物突破血脑屏障用于原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤的治疗,并且通过佐剂或核酸的共递送还能够改善肿瘤疫苗、免疫细胞治疗效果。最后介绍了纳米探针和纳米酶技术在淋巴瘤监测、评效方面的应用。综上所述,本文为纳米药物及其递送系统应用于淋巴瘤诊疗领域提供了参考,并对未来发展做出了展望。
Lymphoma is a malignant proliferative disease of lymphocytes with high heterogeneity,having characteristics of both liquid tumors and solid tumors.Current treatment methods include chemotherapy,radiotherapy,surgery,immunotherapy and targeted therapy.The survival of most patients has been significantly improved,but some patients are still at risk of recurrence.Nanomaterials are modifiable and multifunctional,making them ideal carriers for anti-lymphoma drugs to assist the clinical treatment of lymphoma.This review explores recent advancements in the application of nanomedicine for diagnosing and treating lymphoma.It covers the use of liposomes to enhance the delivery of chemotherapy drugs,nano-delivery systems that aid in targeted drug delivery,and techniques that help chemotherapy drugs penetrate the blood-brain barrier.Additionally,the review highlights how co-delivering adjuvants or nucleic acids can boost the effectiveness of tumor vaccines and immune cell therapies.It also introduces the use of nanoprobe and nanozyme technology in the surveillance and evaluation of lymphoma.In summary,this review provides a comprehensive reference for the application of nanotechnology in lymphoma diagnosis and treatment,and anticipates future developments in the field.
