多维融合的大型水电站设备巡检模式

摘要 针对大型水电站的设备巡检需求,结合现有技术条件和水电站设备实际状态,提出了基于对设备由内到外的监视、人工巡检与智能机器人巡检相结合、特殊管理特别维护的多维融合的水电站设备巡检模式。在云南某水电站的应用结果表明,该模式能实现全方位监视设备状态并及时发现设备缺陷。 To fulfill the equipment patrol inspection requirement in large-scale hydropower stations,a multi-dimensional fusion patrol inspection mode is proposed considering the existing technical conditions and the actual status of the equipment,which includes monitoring from the inside to the outside,combination of the manual inspection and the intelligent robot inspection,and special management and maintenance.Practical application in a hydropower station in Yunnan Province shows that the proposed patrol inspection mode can achieve a comprehensive monitoring of the equipment status and detect equipment defects timely.
