下沉式电站进水口快速门启闭机房渗水治理

摘要 针对下沉式电站进水口启闭机房运行期渗水问题,对机房周边混凝土裂缝采用化学灌浆材料封闭,对盖板周边的缝隙先采用泡沫棒和预缩砂浆填缝,表面再采用聚脲封闭,对机组结构缝表面采用嵌缝回填、聚脲封闭,门机轨道槽采用聚脲封闭和钻孔引排。上述措施实施后,启闭机房未见明显渗水现象发生。 Water leakage is observed during the operation of the hoist chamber at the intake of a sunken hydropower station.Various measures are taken to solve the problem.The cracks in the concrete around the hoist chamber is sealed with chemical grouting.The seams around the cover plate are filled with foam rods and pre-shrunk mortar firstly.The surface is then sealed with polyurea.The unit structure joints are filled with caulking materials and sealed with polyurea.The gantry crane track slot is sealed with polyurea and drilled for drainage.After the treatment,no obvious leakage is observed in the hoist chamber.
