New Quality Productive Forces and High-Quality Economic Development:Dynamic Pathways and Influencing Factors of Synergistic Evolution

[研究目的]探究新质生产力和经济高质量发展二者协同发展的内在机制和动态路径,对于理解二者之间辩证关系,切实把握其目标、维度和节奏的一致性进而推动经济转型升级具有重要意义。[研究方法]运用熵值法和耦合协调模型,对2010年到2022年间中国31个省[区、市(不包含港澳台地区)]的新质生产力与经济高质量发展水平及耦合协调度进行了测算。此外,结合基尼系数与灰色关联度分析方法,深入剖析了二者耦合协调度的空间差异变化特征及其潜在的影响因素。[研究结论]首先,新质生产力与经济高质量发展水平在考察期内均呈现逐年增长趋势,但各省(区、市)之间存在显著差异;其次,二者之间的协同发展水平逐年上升,且呈现出长三角地区>京津冀>成渝经济圈>长江中游>东北地区的区域协同梯度;再次,产业链现代化水平、人力资本水平及数字基础设施水平是影响我国新质生产力与经济高质量发展二者协同发展的核心因素,这些因素在不同区域的作用强度存在显著异质性,其中绿色发展和创新发展最为关键。据此提出促进新质生产力及经济高质量协同发展等的对策建议。

[Research purpose]Exploring the internal mechanisms and dynamic pathways of the synergistic development between new quality productive forces and high-quality economic development is of great significance for understanding the dialectical relationship between the two,accurately grasping the consistency of their goals,dimensions,and paces,and thereby promoting economic transformation and upgrading.[Research method]This paper employs the entropy method and coupling coordination model to measure the levels of new quality productive forces and high-quality economic development,as well as their coupling coordination degree,across 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)except Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan in China from 2010 to 2022.Additionally,combining the Gini coefficient with grey relational analysis,it delves into thep astial variation characteristics and influencing factor s of the coupling coordination degree between the two.[Research conclusion]Firstly,both new quality productive forces and the level of high-quality economic development exhibit annual growth trends during the observation period,yet significant differences exist among various provincial administrative regions.Secondly,the level of synergistic development between new quality productive forces and high-quality economic development increases year by year,demonstrating a regional distribution gradient of Yangtze River Delta>Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region>Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle>Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River>Northeast Region.Thirdly,the modernization level of industrial chains,human capital levels,and digital infrastructure levels are the core factors influencing the synergistic development of new quality productive forces and high-quality economic development in China,and the intensity of these factors'effects varies significantly across different regions,with green development and innovative development being particularly crucial.Accordingly,this study proposes targeted strategies to foster innovative productivity and advance the synergistic,high-qualtiy development of the economy.
