教育治理现代化:内涵特征、现实困境与实现路径

摘要 教育治理现代化是推进教育改革、构建教育发展新格局的关键。在新时代背景下,教育治理现代化肩负着推进中国式现代化的时代使命。当前,我国教育治理存在着治理理念与教育需求匹配不佳、多元主体治理机制不畅、人文治理覆盖不全、教育治理主体能力不足等问题,影响着教育治理现代化的进程。我国教育治理应以中国式现代化理念为指引,采用“技术+育人”的治理方式,打造多元主体共治格局,增强教育治理能力,加快教育治理现代化进程,助力中国早日建成社会主义现代化强国。 The modernization of educational governance is the key way to promote education reform and build a new ecology of education development.In the context of the new era,the modernization of educational governance shoulders the mission of promoting Chinese path to modernization.At present,there are some problems in China's educational governance,such as poor matching between governance concept and education demand,poor governance mechanism of multiple subjects,incomplete coverage of humanistic governance,and insufficient ability of educational governance subjects,which affect the process of modernization of educational governance.In view of this,China's educational governance should be guided by the concept of Chinese path to modernization,adopt the governance mode of technology+education,create a multi-subject co-governance pattern,enhance the ability of educational governance,accelerate the modernization process of educational governance,and help China build a strong socialist modernization country at an early date.
