摘要
针对当前高牌号灰铸铁使用合金较多、成本较高的问题,研究将Cu-Cr-Mo-Sn合金铸铁切换为Cu-Cr-Sn合金铸铁。试验表明,在相同的碳当量条件下,硅碳比由原始的0.55增加到0.7,取消钼铁的使用,仍可以满足铸件的性能要求,达到了降低成本的目的。
In order to solve the problem of high grade gray cast iron using more alloys and higher cost,Cu-Cr-Mo-Sn alloy cast iron was changed to Cu-Cr-Sn alloy cast iron.The test shows that under the same carbon equivalent condition,the silicon carbon ratio increases from the original 0.55 to 0.7,cancelling the use of ferro molybdenum,still can meet the performance requirements of castings,and achieve the purpose of reducing costs.
