摘要
结合生产实际分析了某款变速箱体局部气孔缺陷产生的原因,通过采取增强铸型排气能力、降低铁液流动阻力等多方面的改进措施,有效降低了变速箱体局部气孔缺陷发生比例,降低了铸件生产成本,提高了铸件外观质量。
In response to the gas hole defect in the gearbox,the causes of the gas hole defect were analyzed in combination with practical situations.Multiple improvement measures were taken to enhance the exhaust capacity of the casting and reduce the flow resistance of molten iron,effectively reducing the proportion of local the gas hole defect in the gearbox,reducing the production cost of the casting,and improving the appearance quality of the casting.
