针对一些传统铸钢件在生产实践中缺乏科学的钢包精细化管理体系的情况,介绍和探讨了钢包使用过程中的常见问题以及对应的解决方案。通过选用合适的耐火材料,严控钢包过程管理,控制钢包内部温度情况,以及优化烘烤工艺参数,提高钢液质量,改善铸钢件质量。

In view of the lack of scientific ladle fine management system in the production practice of some traditional steel castings,the common problems and corresponding solutions in the use of ladle are introduced and discussed.By selecting suitable refractory materials,strictly controlling ladle process management,controlling the internal temperature of ladle and optimizing baking process parameters,the quality of liquid steel and steel casting can be improved.
