16种市售驱蚊产品对白纹伊蚊驱避效果比较

摘要 为了明确驱蚊产品的有效驱蚊时间,为消费者选择驱蚊产品提供依据.招募12名志愿者,利用Arm-in-cage方法测试了16种市售驱蚊产品对白纹伊蚊的驱避效果.结果显示:有效驱避时间达4 h的有2种,均含化学合成物,分别为15%避蚊胺和10%驱蚊酯;达3 h的有1种,仅含植物源驱蚊成分;达2 h的有3种,达1 h的4种;<1 h的有6种,其中5种为植物源驱蚊产品.含有人工合成驱蚊成分的8种驱蚊产品中,人工合成驱蚊成分含量越高,驱蚊时间越长,少数植物源驱蚊产品效果较好.5种驱蚊产品的驱蚊效果在不同实验人员之间存在显著差异(P<0.05).结论:相比于化学合成驱避剂,植物源驱避剂的驱蚊效果稍差,但是少数植物源驱避剂的驱蚊时间也可以达到3 h. In order to clarify the repellency and duration of commercially available product on mosquito's attack,through the Arm in cage method,6 volunteers in this study tested the repellent effect of sixteen commercially available mosquito repellents products on Aedes albopictus in a controlled laboratory environment.Results showed that the effective time was 4 h for 2 commercial repellents including chemical synthetics,15%DEET and 10%IR3535 respectively.The repellent time of one commercial product was up to 3 h,which only contained plant repel-lent components.There were 3 commercial products with the repellent time up to 2 h and 4 commercial products with the repellent time up to 1 h.The repellent time of 6 commercial repellents were less than 1h,5 of which included plant repellent components.The higher the content of chemical synthetics,the longer the repellent time to mosquito.A few plant-derived commercial products had effective mosquito repellency.The repellent effect of five commercial products were significantly different between different experimenters(P<0.05).Compared with chemi-cal synthetic repellents,the repellent effect of plant source repellents was slightly worse,but the repellent time of a few plant source repellents could also reach 3 h.Our results provided some advice on the choose of commercial mos-quito repellents.
