神经肌肉电刺激疗法联合核心稳定训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者的影响

Effect of Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation Therapy Combined with Core Stabilization Training on Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

摘要 目的:探讨神经肌肉电刺激疗法联合核心稳定训练在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月上饶市中心医院收治的140例脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各70例。对照组采用核心稳定训练干预,研究组在对照组基础上采用神经肌肉电刺激疗法干预。比较两组下肢功能、平衡能力、行走能力、不良反应发生情况及日常生活能力。结果:干预后,两组Fugl-Meyer下肢运动功能量表评分及Berg平衡量表评分均高于干预前,且研究组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组“起立—行走”计时测试时间均短于干预前,且研究组短于对照组,两组功能性步行量表评分均高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为5.71%,低于对照组的18.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组Barthel指数评分均高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肌肉电刺激疗法联合核心稳定训练可有效恢复脑卒中偏瘫患者的下肢功能、平衡能力及行走能力,降低不良反应的发生率,提升患者的日常生活能力。 Objective:To investigate the effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy combined with core stabilization training on stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 140 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to Shangrao Central Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was given core stability training intervention,the study group was given neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy intervention on the basis of the control group.Lower extremity function,balance function,walking ability,occurrence of adverse reactions and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment-Lower Extremity and Berg Balance Scale in both groups were higher than before intervention,the study group were higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After the intervention,the time of“stand up and walk”timing test in both groups were shorter than before the intervention,the study group was shorter than the control group,Functional Ambulation Category Scale scores in both groups were higher than before the intervention,and the study group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.71%,which was lower than 18.57%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Barthel Index score of both groups was higher than before intervention,the study group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The electrical muscle stimulation therapy combined with core stability training can effectively restore lower limb function,balance ability and walking ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,enhance patients’ability of daily living.
