预见性创伤护理对急诊创伤性骨折患者的救治效果分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Predictive Trauma Nursing on Emergency Patients with Traumatic Fracture

目的:分析预见性创伤护理对急诊创伤性骨折(TF)患者的应用效果。方法:选择2021年1月—2022年12月天津市人民医院急诊科收治的40例急诊TF患者为研究对象,其中2021年1—12月入院的患者为对照组,2022年1—12月入院的患者作为观察组,各20例。对照组采用急诊常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合预见性创伤护理。比较两组抢救成功率、有效急救时间、住院时间、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果:与对照组相比,观察组的抢救成功率100.00%高于对照组的80.00%,观察组有效急救时间和住院时间均较短,观察组并发症发生率5.00%低于对照组的25.00%,观察组护理满意度95.00%高于对照组的70.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对急诊TF患者护理中,预见性创伤护理是相对理想的护理方法,有助于提高抢救成功率,减少并发症,缩短有效急救时间与住院时间,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the effect of predictive trauma nursing on emergency patients with traumatic fracture(TF).Methods:A total of 40 cases of emergency TF patients in the emergency department of Tianjin People’s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.Patients admitted from January to December 2021 were selected as the control group,and patients admitted from January to December 2022 were selected as the observation group,with 20 cases each.The control group received emergency routine nursing,and the observation group received predictive trauma nursing on the basis of control group.The success rate of rescue,effective first aid time,hospital stay,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the rescue success rate of the observation group was 100.00%higher than 80.00%of the control group,the effective rescue time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter,the complication rate of the observation group was 5.00%lower than 25.00%of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.00%higher than 70.00%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of emergency TF patients,predictive trauma nursing is a relatively ideal nursing method,which is helpful to improve the success rate of rescue,reduce complications,shorten the effective rescue time and hospital stay,and improve nursing satisfaction.
