Objective:To explore the application of lower limb pedaling training system combined with core muscle strength training in rehabilitation of Patients with lower limb fragility fracture after operation. Methods:A total of 80 postoperative patients admitted to Tianjin Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and study group, with 40 patients each. All patients received knee joint functional rehabilitation after surgery. The control group received core muscle strength training, and the study group received lower limb pedaltraining system on the basis of the control group.Knee joint function, balance function, pain score and self-care ability were compared between the two groups. Results:After 3 months of training,Lysholm knee joint function score and Berg Balance Scale scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group;after 1 and 3 months of training, visual analogue scale of pain in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and personal self-care ability scale scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lower limb pedal training system combined with core muscle strength training can improve knee joint function and balance function, relieve pain and improve self-care ability of patients after lower limb fragility fracture operation.
