水肥一体化灌溉设备关键技术试验研究

摘要 文章在自主研制的水肥一体化灌溉设备综合试验装置的基础上,通过理论分析与试验研究相结合,对系统施肥泵与供水泵选型匹配、文丘里施肥器优选、水肥混合效果和不同控制模式下自动调节等关键技术进行试验分析,采集试验相关数据,对试验数据进行处理和分析,获得了相关性能特性曲线及性能指标。在优选文丘里施肥器的基础上,合理匹配供水泵和施肥泵,提高水肥混合效果,针对不同的水肥灌溉场景,合理配置水肥调节控制模式,为进一步提高水肥一体化灌溉设备性能提供可行性解决方案。 Based on the self-developed comprehensive test device for integrated water and fertilizer irrigation equipment,this paper combined theoretical analysis with experimental research to conduct experimental analysis on key technologies such as the selection and matching of the system fertilization pump and supply pump,the selection of venturi fertilizer applicator,the mixing effect of water and fertilizer and the automatic adjustment under different control modes,collected relevant test data,processed and analyzed the test data.The related performance curves and performance indexes are obtained.Based on the optimal selection of venturi fertilizer applicator,the water supply pump and fertilizer pump were reasonably matched to improve the mixing effect of water and fertilizer.According to different irrigation scenarios of water and fertilizer,the water and fertilizer regulation and control mode were reasonably configured to provide feasible solutions for further improving the performance of integrated irrigation equip-ment of water and fertilizer.
