成捆竹条柔性堆料机设计与试验

摘要 精刨机加工后的竹条需按色度及缺陷情况进行归类分拣打捆,成捆的竹条堆料时需按用途类别进行分类,因此料堆的数量和种类多,但生产场地空间有限。针对该问题,文章提出设计了一种成捆竹条柔性堆料机。成捆竹条柔性堆料机的夹具需满足对不同尺寸和规格成捆竹条的通用夹持,在空间小的场地内实现多类别堆料。经过设计与试验验证,设备可实现对不同高度的料堆柔性堆料,防止成捆竹条在堆料过程中受冲击散乱,满足预期的要求。 The bamboo strips processed by the finishing planer need to be classified,sorted and bundled according to the col-or and defect situation,and the bundles of bamboo strips need to be classified according to the use category,so the number and types of material piles are many,but the production space is limited.To solve this problem,a flexible stacker for bundling bamboo strips is proposed in this paper.The jig of the flexible stacker must meet the requirements of general clamping of different sizes and specifications of bundles of bamboo,and achieve multiple types of stacker in a small space.Through the design and test verifica-tion,the equipment can realize the flexible stacking of different height of the material pile,to prevent the bunches of bamboo in the process of stacking impact scattered,to meet the expected requirements.
