摘要
文章简要介绍了病害动物无害化处理常用方法及现有常用的微压容器门的快开机构,设计了微压容器盖快速启闭机构,并对卡箍强度进行校核,对油缸驱动力进行受力分析。经试验验证,文章设计的机构能实现快速启闭功能并能满足微压容器密封要求。
The article briefly introduces the common methods for harmless treatment of diseased animals and the existing quick-opening mechanism for micro pressure container doors.A rapid opening and closing mechanism for the lid of micro-pres-sure container is designed,the strength of the clamp is checked.And the force analysis of the oil cylinder driving force is also con-ducted.Through experimental verification,the mechanism designed in the article can achieve rapid opening and closing functions and meet the sealing requirements of micro-pressure containers.
