云南松和地盘松种子萌发特性比较

摘要 以云南省安宁市、巧家县、祥云县等3个地点的云南松和地盘松种子为试验材料,从千粒重、种子大小、萌发特性等方面比较二者之间的种子性状差异。结果表明:在千粒重方面,3个地点的云南松种子平均千粒重区间为11.65~19.26 g,变异系数为0.76%~10.12%;地盘松的则为8.81~14.32 g,变异系数为1.89%~8.41%,说明云南松千粒重有更大变异。在种子大小方面,同一地点的云南松和地盘松种子之间比较,除祥云县的差异不显著外,其他地点均存在显著差异;此外,不同地点之间比较,则为安宁市和巧家县的云南松种子的长、宽和厚均大于地盘松种子,且差异显著。在发芽率和发芽势方面,云南松种子发芽率和发芽势的变异系数为19.63%~48.32%和20.96%~53.40%,地盘松种子发芽率和发芽势的变异系数为9.28%~45.48%和12.49%~50.79%,说明地盘松萌发稳定性大于云南松。 The seeds of Pinus yunnanensis and Pinus yunnanensis var.pygmaea fromAnning City,Qiaojia County and Xiangyun County in Yunnan Province were used as experimental materials to compare the differences in seed traits of Pinus yunnanensis and Pinus yunnanensis var.pygmaea from thousand grain weight,seed size and germination characteristics.The results showed that,the average TKWranges of Pinus yunnanensis and Pinus yunnanensis var.pygmaea respectively were 11.65~19.26 g and 8.81~14.32 g,the ranges of coefficient of variation respectively were 0.76%~10.12%and 1.89%~8.41%,indicating that there is greater variability in the TKWof Pinus yunnanensis.In terms of seed size,there were significant differences between the seeds of Pinus yunnanensis and Pinus yunnanensis var.pygmaea at the same site,except that the differences were not significant in Xiangyun County.In addition,the length,width and thickness of Pinus yunnanensis seeds in Anning City and Qiaojia County were greater than those in the Pinus yunnanensis var.pygmaea seeds,and the difference was significant.In terms of germination rate and germination potential,the coefficient of variation of seed germination rate and germination potential of Pinus yunnanensis were 19.63%~48.32%and 20.96%~53.40%,and the coefficient of variation of seed germination rate and germination potential of Pinus yunnanensis var.pygmaea were 9.28%~45.48%and 12.49%~50.79%.indicating that the germination stability of Pinus yunnanensis var.pygmaea was greater than that of Pinus yunnanensis.
