磁致伸缩式引张线仪的研制

Study on the Exploitation of a Magnetostrictive Wire Alignment Telemeter

引张线仪是水工建筑物水平位移监测的重要仪器,传统测量方法主要包括光电式和电容感应式测量法,由于工作环境恶劣,均存在局限性,测值可靠性并不理想。文中介绍了一种新型引张线仪,采用独特的结构设计,把磁致伸缩位移传感器引入测量系统中,可靠解决了工作环境恶劣难题,实现了引张线的高精度,长期可靠工作。在实验室环境中,对样机进行了全面的测试,多次正反行程的数据一致性非常好,验证了其良好的线性度和重复性。在实验验证基础上,将引张线仪投入重庆某工程现场,经过为期半年的连续试运行,进一步验证了其长期可靠性。

Wire alignment telemeter is an important instrument for monitoring the horizontal displacement of hydraulic structures.Photoelectric and capacity measurement methods are the main items,but due to the limitations of harsh working environments,the reliability of measurement results is not so ideal.A new type of horizontal displacement instrument is elaborated in the paper,which adopts a unique structural design and introduces a magnetostrictive displacement sensor into the measurement system,achieving high-precision and longterm reliable operation of the wire alignment telemeter.So that reliably solving the problem of harsh working environment.A prototype has been comprehensively tested in the Lab,some satisfactory results showed that the data consistency of positive and negative stroke was very nice.So to verify the good linearity and repeatability.And then,several magnetostrictive wire alignment telemeters were put into a project site in chongqing,the long-term reliability has been further verified by continuous pilot running for half a year.
