新型压电加速度传感器结构设计及性能研究

摘要 随着汽车工业、航空航天、工业制造等应用领域的快速发展,对安全监测过程压电加速度传感器的性能要求越来越高。为了提高传感器长时间工作的可靠性和稳定性,设计了一款安全监测用的新型压电加速度传感器。该传感器采用3组对称的扇形惯性质量块结构,其中,剪切型压电陶瓷片位于每组质量块的中心位置,从而实现了新型压电加速度传感器的研制。通过优化内部结构,提高了传感器整体性能,解决了之前传感器响应速度慢、信号弱、易干扰等问题,还提高了传感器的稳定性、可靠性,并且在长期工作测试后,传感器无信号衰减现象。 With the rapid development of application fields such as the automotive industry,aerospace and industrial manufacturing,the performance requirements for piezoelectric acceleration sensors in safety monitoring processes are becoming increasingly high.In order to improve the reliability and stability of sensors during long-term operation,the paper designs a new type of piezoelectric acceleration sensor for safety monitoring.The sensor adopts a structure of three symmetrical fan-shaped inertial mass blocks,with a shear type piezoelectric ceramic plate located at the center of each mass block,thus realizing the development of a new piezoelectric acceleration sensor.By optimizing the internal structure,the overall performance of the sensor has been improved,solving previous problems such as slow response speed,weak signal,and easy interference.It also improves the stability and reliability of the sensor,and after long-term work testing,the sensor showed no signal attenuation phenomenon.
