摘要
高压蒸汽灭菌器作为一种利用饱和蒸汽实现湿热灭菌的装置,在医学制药、食品、和生物工程等多个领域得到了广泛的应用[1]。该类装置中,对温度和压力参数的控制是安全监管的核心环节,它们的稳定性、可靠性、准确性直接影响着灭菌的完整性与安全性。因此,这两项也是计量行业对灭菌器校准的关键技术指标。本文通过利用蒸汽温度压力物理参数载体校准装置对本市30余家上百台蒸汽灭菌器进行校准,并对校准结果加以分析研究。
As a device that uses saturated steam to achieve moist heat sterilization,high-pressure steam sterilizer has been widely used in medical,pharmaceutical,food,biological engineering and other fields[1].In such devices,the control of temperature and pressure parameters is the core of safety supervision,and their stability,reliability and accuracy directly affect the integrity and safety of sterilization.Therefore,these two items are also key technical indicators for the calibration of sterilizers in the metrological industry.In this paper,hundreds of steam sterilizers from more than 30 firms in this city are calibrated by using the carrier calibration device of steam temperature and pressure physical parameters,and the calibration results are analyzed and studied.
