摘要
基础流程控制系统DCS中常见的故障报警,如常驻报警、误报警、低级故障报警等会扰乱操作者的正常思考,影响操作者对工艺参数的反应精度。而报警次数过多,则会导致操作者的警惕性下降,致使流程偏差无法得到及时的反应,在真正危机到来时失去最佳处理时机,最终导致整个生产过程的安全事件。依据员工对故障的反应能力和工业统计资料,值班员工对警报的及时反应和成功处置时间为每次10min。本文围绕怎样无限接近该指数,将理论和实际经验相结合,对石化企业DCS报警过量的成因进行深入剖析,提出了一套行之有效的优化方案,为实现报警种类和等级的合理设定,提供了一种可行的途径,提升了设备运行的可靠性。
Basic process control system DCS common fault alarm,such as resident alarm,false alarm,low-level fault alarm,etc.,these alarms will disturb the operator's normal thinking,affect the operator's response accuracy to the process parameters,and too many alarm times,will lead to the operator's vigilance decline,resulting in process deviation can not get a timely response.The loss of the best time to deal with a real crisis will eventually lead to safety incidents throughout the production process.Based on the staff's ability to respond to faults and industrial statistics,the time for on-duty staff to respond to alarms in a timely and successful manner is 10 minutes each time.This paper focuses on how to approach the index infinitely,combines theory and practical experience,deeply analyzes the causes of excessive DCS alarm in petrochemical enterprises,and puts forward a set of effective optimization scheme,which provides a feasible way to achieve a reasonable setting of alarm types and levels,and improves the reliability of equipment operation.
