摘要 工业通信技术是工业自动化中不可或缺的一部分。随着工业自动化的发展,工业通信技术也得到了快速发展。在过去,工业通信技术主要采用Modbus、Devicenet、CAN和Profibus等基于485的通信协议。这些协议在工业通信中发挥了重要作用,但它们的实时性和可靠性仍然存在一定的局限性。随着工业网络的不断发展,数据通信量爆炸式增长,通信要求不断提高,越来越多的企业开始采用基于工业以太网的通信技术。目前比较流行的是PROFINET、Ethernet/IP、Ethercat、POWER Link、CC-Link、MII、MIII等,可谓是百家争鸣。众多的通信技术同样给客户带来了选择上的烦恼,那么有没有可能未来有一种通信可以标准化,一统天下呢?这也是众多用户和生产厂家的心声,TSN技术随着众多生产厂家和用户的加入,以及TSN标准的逐步落地,TSN必将深入到工业的每一个角落。 Industrial communication technology is an indispensable part of industrial automation.With the development of industrial automation,industrial communication technology has also developed rapidly.In the past,industrial communication technology mainly used 485 based communication protocols such as Modbus,Devicenet,CAN,and Profibus.These protocols have played an important role in industrial communication,but their real-time performance and reliability still have certain limitations.With the continuous development of industrial network,the explosive growth of data traffic and the continuous improvement of communication requirements,more and more enterprises have begun to adopt the communication technology based on Industrial Ethernet.Currently,the most popular ones are PROFINET,Ethernet/IP,Ethercat,POWER Link,CC-Link,MII,MIII,etc.,which can be said to be a hundred schools of thought.So many communication technologies have also brought customers choice troubles.If it is possible that only one communication can be standardized and unify the world in the future?This is also the voice of many users and manufacturers.Gradually,with the addition of many manufacturers and users,and the gradual implementation of TSN standards,TSN will inevitably penetrate into every corner of industry.
