摘要
随着粤港澳大湾区的融合发展和光电光学产业的不断转型升级,中山市提出发展光电光学产业集群,打造“湾区光谷”。产业集群是一个复杂的系统,单一措施对区域内产业转型升级影响有限。GB/T 39904—2021《区域品牌培育与建设指南》提供了区域品牌培育与建设工作的框架、一般方法与途径,可为区域打造产业集群提供系统性指导和建议。本文介绍了“湾区光谷”建设背景,对“湾区光谷”建设发展内容、面临的挑战、品牌培育及建设进行了分析,并给出建议,以期推动中山市光电光学产业集群高质量发展。
With the integrated development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the continuous transformation and upgrading of the optoelectronic optics industry,Zhongshan proposes to develop an optoelectronic optics industry cluster to create a"Bay Area Optics Valley".Industrial clusters are a complex system,and a single measure has limited impact on industrial transformation and upgrading in the region.GB/T 399042021 Guideline for regional brand cultivation and construction provides a framework,general methods and approaches for regional brand cultivation and construction,which can provide systematic guidance and suggestions for regional industrial cluster building.This paper introduces the background of the construction of the"Bay Area Optics Valley",analyzes the construction and development content,challenges,brand cultivation and construction of the"Bay Area Optics Valley",and gives suggestions to promote the high-quality development of the optoelectronic optics industry cluster in Zhongshan.
