摘要
本研究针对电力交易机构,探讨作为电力行业重要的服务窗口如何提升其品牌形象及市场竞争力。通过运用SWOT模型,分析电力交易机构的内部优势、劣势,外部机会、威胁,结合电力交易企业特点,提出高质量发展的品牌战略方向,为其他公司提供参考借鉴。
This study explores how power trading institutions,as important service windows in the power industry,can enhance their brand image and market competitiveness.Utilizing the SWOT model,the paper analyzes internal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and threats within the power industry.It also proposes a high-quality brand development strategy tailored to the characteristics of power trading,offering insights for other companies'brand strategies.
